China combat arms connection?

So i am on vacation in bejing with a decent internet connection that allowed to to play combat arms in U.s.A with no problems. So i tried to login to combat arms on the webpage. then when i pressed play, a message popped up saying that my account had been deactivated for my safety. So then i got the activation link from my email and tried to set a new password. When i entered the new password it said that the page did notload right and so then i couldn't activate my account. please help
