I don't know where to go to get certain items that's missing?

i switched browsers,from internet explorer to mozilla firefox,now i don't have the bar that shows - file,view, edit,tools,or the one that shows,-page,safety,tools,an cant see what toolbars i want to disable.can you tell me where i can look to find these so i can install them?
