Working under bad managment need help?

i work for an undisclosed company i cannot name. My company makes me work long 10-12 hours shifts and i only get tops a 5 minute break a night. I am told i cannot eat and i almost fainted at work the other day because of it, we all work rediculous hours and work around 10 to 11 days in a row most shift finish at half 11 and your back in at 6am. What can i do does this go against any laws ? I have no idea what to do ?
