Agree or disagree: Either grope everyone, or grope no one?

If you only grope select or random people, then that does nothing for safety. The only reason why every single person is not fondled is because it would take too long and hurts business. If business takes a priority and safety isn't really the main issue, then logically we should go back to molestation-free flying. Thoughts?
