the escrow company hired this termite company to inspect and do a termite tenting to my previous house. I sold my house 2 years ago. The new buyer is suing me for undisclosed roof tile damages. I was not aware of any roof tiles damages if there were any damages... If there were any roof tiles damages, shouldn't the termite company or inspector informed me and the buyer? And if they were any damages, shouldnt the termite company send a report to the escrow company?
