UFO Hunters Episode Question...?

Can anybody help me find the episode where they were talking with some guy (Maximillion I believe) and he was talking about how an undisclosed source told him how President (Eisenhower I believe) met with the aliens? I just need the name of this episode, thanks to whoever knows. :)
