What is a commercial landlords responsibility for health and safety to the tenant?

The landlords or owners of the complex have responsibilities that they must follow; example safety issues to provide a safe living environment for the tenant that would include fire alarms in each unit, emergency lighting, GFCI outlets in kitchens & bathrooms, no lead base paint (for older rental homes or apts.) water temps that are not to hot to burn kids, speed limit in parking lots, and any safety concern that may cause injury to a tenant
